Understanding Online High Yield Investment Programs

HYIP stands for High Yield Investment Programs. There are many HYIPs in both the real world and the internet. People have to distinguish between online HYIPs and real world HYIPs, and know that these programs are very unstable, but potentially quite lucrative.
In the real world, an HYIP could be an opportunity to invest in a company which is buying out a group of old Apartments in a valuable location in order to rebuild luxury homes in that area. This would be a risky venture with a possibility of high returns. The good thing about Offline HYIPs is that investors usually have a good line of communication with the fund managers.
